Vuokatti is a marvellous place for camp schools throughout the year. The spectrum of activities is a broad one, and best of all... all of them are within walking distance from one another.
The versatile year-round activities and services offered by Vuokatti Sports Institute include splendid camp school programmes regardless of the season of the year or the weather. Most of the services are within walking distance from the accommodation facilities. The camp school programmes are customised according to the potential groups and their wishes. For some school groups it is enough to have our physical education facilities available to them, but in most cases the schools want our instructors to participate in activating the camp pupils in the various sports disciplines. Our camp school package includes 4 hours of instruction per day.
Several forms of physical activity can be included in the camp school programmes; e.g. skiing, curling, archery, horseback riding, dogsledding, bowling, ball games, dance, athletics, and rowing. Other possible programme items are excursion to nearby areas; e.g. visits to schools in Vuokatti and Sotkamo. Another camp school programme provider is Vuokatinhovi and RTG Active.
